My mission is to design a real estate buying or selling experience so positive that the client leaves wanting to come back! I work primarily by referral, so it is in my best interests to make certain that each experience is a good one!

I have been selling and marketing real estate in Spokane since 1990 and have a total knowledge of area markets, as well as the ability to either market your home in a professional manner, or assist in the purchase of a new property.

Real estate is my career! As a professional Realtor, I have taken the time to increase my knowledge. I have earned my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist- a designation earned by less than 4% of real estate agents NATIONWIDE), GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), and ePro(Internet Marketing Specialist) designations. In addition, I am a Certified Real Estate Instructor in Washington, and a Certified Mentor and instructor in my office. I am also VERY proud that I was awarded the CRS of the year for 2002 for the state of Washington! Since this is a peer award, I am very honored to be the recipient!

I give back to my community! I have served on many committees of the Spokane Association of Realtors,on the Board of Trustees of my church (current member),and was president of both the Inland NW Business Alliance and the Inland NW AIDS Coalition, and Secretary of the Washington State Chapter of the Certified Residential Specialists.
