I am a native "Spokanite" and have lived here all my life. I grew up in North Spokane, graduated from Riverside High School and went on to get a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Washington State University. I now live with my wife on the South Hill and I absolutely love my life....and wife!

I help people (I keep things simple). Buying and selling a home is a relatively complicated process and can be very nerve-racking. I am here to make the process a little easier, not more complicated. That is what a Realtor is supposed to do right?

I run a group called The Foreclosure Group. I coach and train investors on how to buy, renovate and sell or rent properties that are in foreclosure. The group has about 170 members and we meet weekly at my office, Windermere City Group, every Thursday at 5:30 to dicuss the weeks properties. We are a very successful group and we provide the most comprehensive foreclosure listing service in the area...actually, I think we are the only one. The group is free to join. First and foremost; Family and friends. I have a very close family and a very close group of friends that I am constantly with and I am very blessed to have that. Past that, I enjoy anything that has to do with Cougar Athletics (i.e. Cougar Football, Cougar Basketball, etc). I also run triathlons in the summer and go skiing in the winter. I also play in various sports leagues such as soccer, indoor football and basketball.
