I have a list of Spokane homes in my hot little hand provided to me by a certain local bank that is offering rates as low as 4%! The homes range from $159,900 up to $899,000. If 4% doesn't do it for you, I don't know what will! You won't find that on the front page of the newspaper! Well, maybe...if I called a friend over there and told them about it or called my buddy at KHQ. Actually, on second thought I will keep it between the readers of this blog and my clients. What about first time buyers? They've got it even better. Great rates and up to a $8,000 tax credit! That includes condos!
I'm working with three first time home buyers right now. Not only will their homes be perfect for them, they will also get a great rate, a tax credit and a good price to boot. You can't beat that!
And sellers???? It doesn't hurt to have an agent that keeps on top of rates and programs out there for potential buyers. For those people that have good credit there is a fabulous opportunity that they should be taking advantage of. Spread the word!
Oh, and if you thinking, "Gosh, 4% sounds great. I purchased my home at a much higher rate." If you aren't thinking of selling call a bank and refinance. If you are thinking of selling call me (of course). If you are thinking, "This sounds too good to be true." Well, some people recognize a good thing when they see it and others, well others don't see it until it's passed them up.
